Titanium Fiber Felt / Titanium Sintered Felt

Titanium fiber felt, also known as titanium sintered felt or titanium felt, is a porous metal material made from fine titanium fibers through fiber laying, forming, and high-temperature vacuum sintering. The sintered titanium fiber structure forms a stable three-dimensional interconnected porous network, providing excellent corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, gas-liquid permeability, and mechanical stability.

Titanium fiber felt is widely used in PEM water electrolysis, hydrogen fuel cells, gas diffusion layers, porous transport layers, electrochemical devices, filtration systems, and other new energy applications. Compared with titanium mesh and titanium powder sintered plates, titanium fiber felt offers higher porosity, larger specific surface area, and more uniform flow distribution.

Titanium fiber felt has a stable porous structure and excellent performance in electrochemical environments. Its interconnected pores allow efficient gas and liquid transport, while the titanium material provides strong corrosion resistance in acidic, oxidative, and high-humidity working conditions.
