Grade 1 titanium has excellent corrosion resistance and good formability. It is suitable for applications requiring high ductility, such as chemical equipment, heat exchangers and deep drawing parts.
Grade 2 titanium is one of the most widely used commercially pure titanium grades. It offers a good balance of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability and formability. It is commonly used in chemical processing, marine engineering, heat exchangers and industrial equipment.
Grade 5 titanium, also known as Ti-6Al-4V, has high strength, low weight and good corrosion resistance. It is widely used in aerospace, medical, automotive, marine and high-performance engineering applications.
Grade 7 titanium contains palladium and provides enhanced corrosion resistance in harsh chemical environments. It is suitable for chemical processing equipment and chloride-containing environments.
Grade 9 titanium provides good strength, weldability and corrosion resistance. It is often used in aerospace, marine, industrial and tubing applications.
Grade 12 titanium has improved strength and excellent corrosion resistance. It is widely used in chemical processing, heat exchangers and industrial equipment.
Titanium plate has excellent resistance to seawater, chloride, nitric acid, alkali and many chemical media. It is suitable for harsh working environments where stainless steel may fail.
