How Ru-Ir / MMO Titanium Anodes Work in Electrochemical Systems

  1. The electrolyte enters the electrochemical cell and flows through the electrode area.
  2. A DC power supply provides current to the anode and cathode.
  3. In chloride-containing solutions, chloride ions are oxidized on the Ru-Ir or MMO titanium anode surface to generate active chlorine species.
